Garrett Berg is an Partner at Shamis & Gentile, P.A. Garrett’s practice involves all aspects of federal and state civil litigation with a focus on consumer-protection class action lawsuits. Garrett has  been responsible for recovering millions of dollars owed to clients and class members across the nation and has litigated hundreds of cases.

Prior to joining Shamis & Gentile, P.A., Garrett was an associate in a law firm where he worked extensively in matters involving general commercial litigation, partnership disputes, and construction litigation. Garrett has successfully litigated against some of the largest construction contractors in North America and consistently obtained outstanding results.

A native of the Miami area, Garrett earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Florida State University. He is admitted and cleared to practice law in the state of Florida and in the United States District Courts for the southern, middle, and northern districts of Florida.
