Leanna Loginov, Esq.

Leanna Loginov is an associate with Shamis & Gentile, P.A., where she specializes in high-level, consumer class actions involving complex insurance disputes, deceptive and unfair trade practices, and data privacy. Leanna represents clients in federal and state courts across the nation. Before joining the Firm, Leanna was employed at a plaintiffs’ Class Action firm in Manhattan, where she handled various types of securities litigation.

Leanna is from Brooklyn, New York. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from St. John’s University, where she focused primarily on Legal Studies. Leanna then earned her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, where she was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Contracts. While attending law school, Leanna gained experience by clerking at various prominent litigation firms in New York City. Leanna is fluent in Russian and English and admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
