Rebecca Beaudoin is an associate with Shamis & Gentile, P.A, where she specializes in Personal Injury Protection (“PIP”) litigation. Rebecca has over four years of experience in PIP litigation. She first gained exposure to this area of law, while working for a small PIP defense firm. Before joining Shamis & Gentile, P.A. Rebecca gained experience as an associate attorney with a Plaintiff’s PIP firm. In short, Rebecca has an affinity for PIP, as she is a stickler for details and enjoys the constantly- changing PIP landscape.
Ms. Beaudoin hails from Glastonbury, Connecticut. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Tulane University, where she studied English and Classical Studies. Thereafter, Ms. Beaudoin went on to attend the University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated cum laude in 2015. During her time in law school, Ms. Beaudoin gained experience by interning in various practice areas, including real estate and criminal defense. Additionally, Ms. Beaudoin served as a law clerk for the Children and Youth Law Clinic, where she advocated for foster children caught up in Florida’s dependency system.
